Our Services

SGE Recovery Home is an independent housing program. We do not provide recovery or employment programs directly; instead, we assist residents with outsourcing resources for addiction recovery and employment skills / job readiness programs in the community.

Program Structure

Our 90-day minimum housing program is divided into phases designed to build progressively toward independence, while we help residents connect with outside recovery and employment resources.

01

Foundation Phase (Days 1–30)

Residents focus on stabilization, establishing routines, and building trust with staff and peers. We assist with locating appropriate community recovery resources during this critical early period.

02

Growth Phase (Days 31–60)

Residents begin taking on more responsibility, engaging actively in job searches or education, and deepening peer connections. We help residents connect with job readiness and employment skills programs.

03

Transition Phase (Days 61–90+)

Residents practice greater independence while still benefiting from community support. Focus shifts to aftercare planning, housing transition, and continued access to outside recovery and employment resources.
